The Ormsby Sportsmen's Association (OSA) will meet at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 16 at the Carson Nugget Convention Center.

The evening's featured guest will be Bob Kettle of Fallon. Kettle is a professional snake handler, who will have a number of live snakes, including four different types of rattlesnakes, at that meeting.

He will provide a hand's-on program on the various types of snakes found in this general portion of Nevada, including rattlesnakes, king snakes and gopher snakes.

Kettle offers individualized snake aversion training for both hunting and pet dogs. The cost to train each dog is $50.

All OSA meetings and functions are free of charge and always family-oriented.

Those meeting and functions are open to all club members and anyone else interested in hunting, fishing, camping, outdoors, etc.

Annual membership dues are $5 for adults and $2 for youngsters under the age of 16.

For OSA information, call President LaNora Clyde at 841-5758 or Past President Jack Cooke at 882-8556.

For snake aversion training, call Kettle at (775) 423-5237 or at (775) 224-4623.
