Investigator named city's Latino Employee of the Year

Kevin Clifford/Nevada Appeal Rudolfo Ramirez, investigator for the District Attorney of Carson City, is the recipient of this year's Latino Employee of the Year award. Ramirez has been an investigator for the District Attorney's office for two years and in law enforcement for about 25 years.
