Elyse Heberger and Cody Kiser each won go-rounds to lead another strong effort by the Carson-Douglas Rodeo Club at the Yerington Rodeo this past weekend.
Heberger won in goat tying on Sunday while Kiser won in bareback riding on Sunday. Other top performances were:
Heberger - fifth in pole bending on Sunday; fifth in barrell racing on Sunday. Karyssa Perez - 10th in poles on Saturday; ninth in poles n Sunday; fifth in girls cutting on Saturday; sixth in cutting on Sunday. Jonothan Glocknitzer - second in boys cutting on Saturday and Sunday to finish second overall.
Byron Kreck - fifth in boys cutting on Saturday; sixth in cutting on Sunday; 10th in team roping on Saturday. Becca Glocknitzer - second in girls cutting on Saturday; third in cutting on Sunday.
