The Thomas Auto people have filed a formal demand for the Paris cub in the 21,000 mile race between New York and Paris on the grounds the American car is the only one that lived up to the requirements of the race.

Hugie Sing, life termer at the prison, was granted parole today, but under the condition he will not be set free in the United States, but in China. Setting foot again in America would be a violation of his parole.

Thousands of Shriners to convene in Carson City for a one day spring ceremonial, the first to be held in the Capitol City in the Kerak temple's half-century history. Attending the event will be Imperial Potentate Thomas W. Melham of Tripoli temple in Milwaukee.
