Today’s weather will be sunny and warmer with highs 67-77 and light winds becoming east around 10 mph in the afternoon.

Tonight, partly cloudy with lows 40-50 and light winds becoming northwest up to 10 mph after midnight.

Wednesday, sunny with highs 72-82 with north winds 10-15 mph.


Road work continues in Carson City with areas of delays, mainly Fairview Drive between Roop Street and South Edmonds, and Highway 50 East between Airport Road and Saliman Road.

Traffic will be controlled at times; alternate routes are advised.

The Nevada Department of Transportation at 6 a.m. reports all routes open in Northern Nevada with no controls.
