Barbara Cooper

Barbara Cooper passed away April 30, 2008. She was born June 19, 1932 to Homer and Vera Epperson. She is the beloved wife of Phillip A. Cooper of Dayton. They would have been married 57 years on May 9, 2008.

Barbara is survived, and will be forever cherished, by her children David Cooper, daughter-in-law Melanie Snider of Dayton, and daughter Lorie Cooper of Sparks. She was an adored grandmother of Aimee Allis, Lindsey and Levi Cooper and great-granddaughter of Khyla Allis. She leaves behind her loving sisters Louetta Keisner, June Epperson and her brother Floyd Epperson.

Barbara loved the many family camping trips and vacations, enjoyed playing Bingo at the Nugget, listening to Dixieland Jazz and was a devout 49er fan. Barbara touched and enriched the lives of many people.

A celebration of her life will be 11 a.m., Saturday at the Calvary Baptist Church on Flowery Lane, Dayton.

Autumn Funerals and Cremations is in charge of arrangements.
