Anthony Emmons, 63, a 41-year resident of Carson City passed away at his home with his wife at his side.

He is survived by his wife of 44 years Lynda, their three daughters Cindy Stockstill and son-in-law Jimmy Lee Stockstill, Dawn Voight and son-in-law Chuck Voight, and Toni Jo Emmons, six grandchildren, Trevor Voight, Sierra Voight, Michele Stockstill, Jessica Stockstill, Nicholas Emmons and Jayden Molina.

He was an avid bowler for many years and enjoyed reading, listening to his large music collection, camping and fishing. He was a Golden Glove boxer in the 60s.

He was a distribution center manager for Easton Sports in Sparks for many years. The past six years he worked for the State of Nevada in the Department of Health and Human Services.

A celebration of life memorial will be 11 a.m. Saturday at FitzHenry’s Funeral Home, 3945 Fairview Drive, Carson City.
