The Reno Wheelman were entertained in Carson Š met at the train and taken to Shaw's Springs, then to lunch at the Ormsby House, and a wine dinner at the Arlington. They climbed the dome at the Capitol and had their photographs taken in a group on the front steps of the Capitol. The visiting Wheelman are: C. M. Fasset, Ed Barber, Frank Barnes, O. Leeper, Ed. Graff, Jean Les, El. Wilson, Geo. McLaughlin, Chas Dealey and Ed Stokes.

The town of Hazen is being rebuilt after fire struck. The railroad company has resumed work at Hazen and that town promises to become quite a railroad center. It will be the junction of the Southern Pacific and Nevada and California branch which connects Tonopah and Goldfield.

Mrs. Lucy D. Crowell has returned from San Francisco. United States Senator P. A. McCarran and Harvey Dickerson tarried in Carson a few minutes before continuing to Yerington, where the senator had a speaking engagement.

H. R. Mighels of Carson City, right of way agent and appraiser for the state highway department, is attending the annual advanced course in real estate appraisal at the University of Southern California.

Pet owners was cantankerous cats and barking dogs can learn how to deal with the misbehaving pets at the University of Nevada, Reno's College of Agriculture. Doctors Dale Holcombe and Mark Judkins will teach a course, "Dog and Cat Care and Management."
