Ruth Chelson, 91, a Carson City resident, died August 31, 2008 at Evergreen Healthcare Center. She was born May 25, 1917 in Long Beach, Calif. to Elmer and Elsa (King) Frey. FitzHenry’s Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
