Let the celebrations of the Silver State's 144th birthday begin with ghost walks, parades, spooky cemetery tours, haunted house and perhaps a talk with someone on the other side. Come join the fun in the following Pre-Nevada Day celebration, Halloween parties, ghost walks and this year's annual Nevada Day Parade themed "Hollywood in Nevada."
Join Madame Zamora's Traveling Ghost Show or Genoa's Ghost Walk, all led seen and unseen by characters from Nevada's past. Madame Zamora will gaze into her crystal ball and see spirits occupying Victorian homes along the route of the beautiful westside. Wicked in fun and entertainment for all ages enough to ensure plenty of surprises on this adventure through time.
Stepping back in time, head to Genoa, the oldest settlement (so I've heard) and check out the ghost and goblins during this spooky tour which starts at the Genoa Courthouse Museum wonder if there is anyone swinging high in those trees.
Then you can check out the whispers through the trees at the Mottsville cemetery while hiking through Gardnerville Ghost Walk starting from the Carson Valley Museum and wandering through the cemetery.
