LAS VEGAS (AP) Police say two charred bodies found in a burned-out Cadillac in the desert southwest of Las Vegas were shot execution-style in the back of the head.
A homicide lieutenant said Wednesday the victims were a boyfriend and girlfriend in their mid-20s.
He says investigators know who they are, but theyre not releasing their names while they try to find a motive for the slayings.
The Clark County coroners office isnt releasing their identities.
An off-road vehicle rider found the nearly skeletal remains Nov. 11 in the burned car well off State Route 160.
Police say the bodies might have been there up to five days before they were found.
