More details about Jaycee Lee Dugard, who was snatched from her South Lake Tahoe bus stop as an 11-year-old girl 18 years ago, are being released during a press conference at 3 p.m. in Placerville, Calif.
Dugard turned up Tuesday at an El Dorado police station. Convicted sex offender Phillip Garrido, 58, and his wife Nancy Garrido, 54, were arrested for investigation of kidnapping and conspiracy Wednesday.
Dugard was reunited with her mother.
