Obituary: Glenn A. Gryte

Glenn A. Gryte M.D., 87, died in Carson City Nov. 20, 2009. He was born in Canada on July 30, 1922, to Alexander and Emma Gryte. He is survived by his wife of 63 years Silva; daughters Connie Needles and husband Bill, Judy Gryte, Susan Younker and husband Terry, and Rosemary McDaniel and husband Dean; sons Gary Gryteand wife Ladonna, Garth Gryte, and Gary Guymon and wife Lillie; brother Norval Gryte and wife Lucille; 13 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Dec. 12, at Carson City Seventh-Day Adventist Church. Capitol City Cremation and Burial is in charge of arrangements.
