Paula E. Scott, a therapeutic and relaxation massage therapist, works on Monica Marcinko's back during a “Go Red” Heart Health Event at the Carson City Library on Saturday. The American Heart Association joined with the community to offer free information to residents on how to take better care their hearts. The afternoon event included free pedometers, chair massages, jump ropes, refreshments, information booths and raffles.
