Frank Dutra, president of precision manufacturing company Advanced Machining Techniques, of Morgan Hill, Calif., told members of Nevada Business Connections on Wednesday to fight to keep taxes and regulations from reaching his state's levels. He said Nevada's appealing business climate is why he is taking steps toward relocating to the Carson City area.
