Andy Matthews: Lawsuit targets separation of powers

Just days ago, the Center for Justice and Constitutional Litigation, a public-interest law organization of the Nevada Policy Research Institute, filed a lawsuit in state court aimed at combating the serial violation of the constitution's separation-of-powers provision.

All Nevada citizens are victimized when those entrusted with running the state government violate the constitution they swear to uphold. Yet one individual has been especially aggrieved.
