Carson 9-10s get no-hit by Charles

If the Carson City Little League 9-10 All-Stars are going to win the District 1 tournament, they are going to have to come through the loser's bracket to do it.

Rylan Charles tossed a no-hitter to lead Sparks Centennial to an easy 11-0 win over Carson Saturday afternoon at Governors Field.

The loss drops Carson into the loser's bracket. It will play tonight at 7:30.

Charles. who struck out six batters, needed just 53 pitches in his four-inning gem. He allowed just one baserunner, Diego Lopez, who rached on an error to start the first.
