Carson St. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and obstructing or resisting an officer. Bail: $4,364.• Matthew Kochan, 23, of Carson City was arrested at 10:18 a.m. Thursday at 833 S. Roop St. on suspicion of attempted burglary and destruction of property. Bail: $25,615.• David Stangsenn, 22, of Santa Rosa, Calif., was arrested at 5:30 p.m. Thursday at 1387 Jewell Avenue on suspicion of accessory to burglary, possession of stolen property and DUI. Bail: $51,132.• A 35-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 3:39 a.m. Friday at Fairview Drive on a Carson City Justice Court warrant for suspicion of failure to appear. Bail: $500.• A 20-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 11:20 p.m. Thursday at 7777 Highway 50 East on a Carson City Justice Court contempt of court warrant. Bail $500.• A 21-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 9:32 a.m. Thursday at 210 S. Carson Meadows Drive on a contempt of court warrant.
