Like similar groups across the nation, Occupy Carson City members demonstrated Monday in recognition of the one year anniversary of the movement's founding.
About a dozen of the 160 members turned out drawing numerous honks and waves from drivers on Carson Street in front of the Legislature.
"Today was just to show solidarity," said group organizer Janette Dean.
