Carson girls top Tigers, 4-1

MINDEN — It was a tale of two markedly different halves Saturday afternoon.The Douglas girls soccer team dominated the first half and the Carson completely turned the tables with a dominating second half.In the end, the Senators were able to get more goals out of their outstanding period, walking away with a 4-1 comeback win.“Anytime you can come down here and get a win, and play like we did especially in the second half, it’s big,” Carson coach Greg Lehman said. “Once we got the first half out of the way, the girls settled down and came out ready to …
