PREPS: Tillitt's header gives Carson a 1-0 win

Kenzie Tillitt headed in a ball off a corner kick in the second half to snap a scoreless tie and give Carson a 1-0 win over Bishop Manogue Tuesday night at Carson.

Carson is 10-0-2 entering Saturday's home match against Spanish Springs, the High Desert leader, at 1 p.m.

"Everybody had a great game," first-year coach Greg Lehman said. "Katherine Leist, Shannon Flaherty, Lindy Lehman, Jaime King and Bailie Zuber all played in the back row and did a good job."

Lehman also praised the play of Mayra Olivares and Danielle Sandage.
