In August of this year I wrote about Gov. Sandoval’s Executive Order 2012-15, which created the Interagency Council on Veterans Affairs. The council was enacted to serve as a statewide working group of representatives from state, federal and local governments and the non-profit community to meet during the next year to develop a plan to improve services to Nevada’s service members, veterans and their families.
