There is no measurable chlorine sanitizer in the wiping cloth storage bucket, corrected on site.• Save Mart Supermarkets Bakery, 3620 N. Carson St., scored 97 points. At least one employee in this department must be a certified food handler during all hours of food operations.• Save Mart Supermarkets Produce Department, 3620 N. Carson St., scored 100 points.• Sonic Drive In, 1856 E. College Parkway, scored 100 points.• Terrie’s Caf, 402 N. Carson St., scored 97 points. Food is stored in containers which are inadequately labeled or unlabeled. Reheating process for potentially hazardous foods (chili, au jus, etc.) is not conducted in a way that minimizes microbial growth.
