A 40-year-old Indian Hills man is to appear Jan. 9 in East Fork Justice Court on an allegation of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.Brian Cooper is to be transferred from Douglas County Jail to Carson City where he faces felony burglary charges.He was arrested Oct. 31 in Douglas County on the Carson City warrant, and admitted to deputies he had methamphetamine.
