The internal temperature of ready-to-eat sandwiches in the sandwich display unit is at 44 degrees. Thermometers are not provided in the milkshake reach-in and the “Grab ’n Go” reach-in. Ready-to-eat foods are past the “use by” date, corrected on site.• Smith’s Food & Drug Bakery, 599 E. William St., scored 99 points. The floors under the tables and in the back room were not clean. The wall coving tiles at the walk-in cooler and at the soda machine were missing.
