Two killed in Western Nevada accidents

A California man was killed 29 miles east of Fernley on Interstate 80 Sunday morning.

Bradley Weimer, of Burson, Calif., had been driving west on the interstate when he drifted toward the center median, according to the Nevada Highway Patrol.

The car continued to travel through the median, toward the east-bound lanes when it rolled several times, and crossed both east-bound lanes before it came to a stop on its wheels.

Weimer was wearing a seatbelt. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Trooper Scott Morron is investigating the crash and can be reached at 775-689-4623 regarding case number NHP-121220919. …
