A 20-year-old Carson City man allegedly forcefully stole a car and crashed it before running about half a mile naked through the snow and onto U.S. Highway 50 East near Airport Road early Sunday morning.A deputy, parked at the intersection of Highway 50 and Airport Road, saw Alex Anguiano in the middle of the road and turned on his emergency lights.
