Downtown work a waste with freewayI lived in two towns that put a bypass freeway in and then spent money upgrading downtown.What a waste of money. Once the freeway is in people drive straight through and in this area they will go to Reno. The only reason they will stop here if they are interested in seeing things or visiting someone, which will not be a lot of people.
