Within minutes of an afternoon bank robbery at the Topsy Lane Bank of America on Friday, witnesses led officers to a suspect.Jarell Ryan Williams, 26, is being held in Douglas County jail on $125,000 bail on charges of armed bank robbery, bomb threat and making threats or conveying false information concerning acts of terrorism, weapons of mass destruction, lethal agent or toxin.Williams, who has lived in Gardnerville and Ventura, Calif., is accused of entering the bank with an unknown device duct-taped to his body and handing the teller a note demanding money.
