Carson City residents attending the 57th Inaugural Ceremonies to swear in the President of the United States on Jan. 21 may see a familiar face in the crowd.Angelica Cortez Rangel, a 1998 Carson High graduate, will be among military personnel serving as ushers on the Capitol lawn.
