Family and friends are mourning the death of Noelle Cota, who lost her battle with breast cancer on Jan. 5, 2013. She was born March 13, 1979 in Santa Barbara, Calif. to Cordaleen Cota. When Noelle was ten years old, her mother passed away and she moved to Smith Valley, Nev. to live with her grandparents. Noelle devoted her life to her two children and her dogs.
