A Dayton man, who punched a deputy twice in the face, led deputies on a foot chase Thursday morning through back yards in the 1700 blocks of Fair Way and Empire Ranch Road, according to an arrest report from the Carson City Sheriff’s Office.Deputies followed a vehicle, registered to an address in Dayton, to the driveway of a house on Fair Way around 1:45 a.m. When deputies approached the vehicle, they found a 27-year-old woman in the front seat, with a bottle of vodka allegedly in her purse, according to the report.
