Douglas and Carson City deputies are seeking two men who tried to burglarize a home early this morning.The suspects told the Old Clear Creek Road homeowner they were from the gas company shortly before 4 a.m. The homeowner became suspicious and fired four shots at the suspects, Sheriff Ken Furlong said. The suspects fled the scene in a stolen Jeep Cherokee that crashed. Officers believe the suspects fled the area on foot.
