Frank Dave Buffo, 58 passed away at his home in Gardnerville surrounded by his family and friends on Monday, June 25, 2012.Dave was born in Monterey, Calif., he moved with his family to South Lake Tahoe in 1964, where he attended elementary through high school. He returned to the Monterey area to achieve his A.S. degree in electronics. Dave married his high school sweetheart, Elaine O'Gieblyn, in 1974 at St. Theresa's Catholic Church in So. Lake Tahoe.
