A man was arrested after hitting at least two people with a vehicle around 9:30 p.m. Saturday night.Two Care Flight helicopters transported the victims from the area of College Parkway and Cinnabar Ave. According to scanner traffic and an on-scene witness, the man hit the pedestrians, a house, another vehicle and drove through a fence ending up in the back yard of a residence.
