Lyle C. Meals of Carson City, Nev. passed away at his home on Jan. 15, 2013 after a 12 year fight with Alzheimer's Disease. He was born in Peoria, Ill. on July 12, 1925 to Charles A. and Emma E. Hamilton Meals. He attended Peoria schools majoring in Physical Education. He enlisted in the U.S. Navy and was trained in being a General Line, Electronics, Division and Tactical Radar Officer.
