A mural under way at the Carson Nugget by area artist Beverly Caputo, which features Carson City landmarks, will include 15 additions from photographs selected by a panel of judges.People who submit photos depicting memorable Carson City moments could be chosen, with the top three winning, in order, a top prize of $500, an iPad and a Kindle Fire.Photos should show something special and distinctly part of the capital city’s history, traditions, community, celebrities, buildings, trends, places or people from pre-1900 to the present.The mural already features special landmarks, people and events, but there is room for the 15 additions …
