The man accused in the death of 19-year-old Desiree Bragg was ordered held without bail during a Friday hearing.Carson City resident Leonardo Cardoza, 28, was arraigned on a charge of open murder with a deadly weapon.“At this point, I don’t feel I have enough information to prove he’s not a flight risk,” said Judge Steve McMorris, who was filling in for Justice of the Peace John Tatro.
