130 years agoThe people of Storey County have reached the conclusion the promises made by their representatives have been forgotten. Legislators, bent on acting for California Corporations have incited at least one citizen to produce the following dodger: "A matter which concerns us all! A Grand Mass Meeting. Of the citizens will be called to ask our legislators to relieve us from the damnable outrages of the Railroad Corporations! Shall our third Legislature be permitted to do the same?"
