Veterans and military personnel are invited to meet with a state Veterans Service officer this week to learn about benefits and services for which they may be eligible.Representatives from the Nevada Office of Veterans Services Veterans Outreach "ROVER" program will be available in Yerington from 10 a.m to 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way; and in Carson City from 10 a.m. to noon Thursday at the Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Drive.Veterans and family members can make an appointment to meet with a Veterans Service officer to discuss their benefits.
