State workplace safety officials have closed the investigation into whether Assemblyman Steven Brooks constitutes a danger to Legislative Counsel Bureau employees.The investigation was requested by an unnamed LCB employee who said Brooks was "an unstable and dangerous employee who has been allowed to remain in this building despite many of our colleagues' concerns."LCB Director Rick Combs responded to the letter from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration with a list of actions he has taken to ensure the safety of both visitors and employees in the Legislative Building.After reviewing that response, Chris Davis, OSHA district manager in Northern Nevada, responded …
