The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:


Ryan Tetirick, 40, was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery in the 4000 block of Etta Place at 9:45 p.m. Bail was set at $3,000.

A 30-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of violated pre-trial release conditions prohibiting the use of alcohol in the 3200 block of East Nye Lane at 4:58 p.m. She was ordered held in lieu of $6,000 bail.

Jacob Lee Stephenson, 20 and Michael Lang, 20, were arrested on suspicion of several crimes including a felony drug charge following a traffic stop on North Roop Street at 12:18 a.m. A search of Lang revealed two foil-wrapped brownies that the arresting deputy said smelled of marijuana. A search of the vehicle turned up 120 grams of marijuana as well as paraphernalia. Both were booked on a felony charge of possession of drugs to sell, transport or give as well as possession of drug paraphernalia, and obstructing an officer. Lang was charged with driving on expired plates. Stephenson was ordered held on two Reno misdemeanor warrants. Stephenson’s bail was set at $26,064. Lang’s bail was set at $21,325.

Steven Johnson, 54, of Minden was arrested on a warrant charging him with domestic battery at 7:23 a.m. in the 3300 block of Delday. He was ordered held in lieu of $5,000 bail.

The Nevada Appeal only names people arrested on suspicion of felonies, violent crimes and DUIs. Carson City Secret Witness will pay up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of people committing crimes. Anyone with information is asked to call 775-322-4900.
