The National Weather Service has put out a head advisory until 6 p.m. Monday.
The NWS says temperatures below 5,000 feet are expected to be between 101 and 106 degrees Monday.
An increased risk of heat releated illness, especially the elder, pets and people sensitive to high temperatures.
The signs and symptoms of heat exhaustion include dizziness, nausea of difficult breathing. Wear light weight and loose fitting clothing when possible and drink water.
