Carson City Sheriff’s Log: Man arrested on 3 felony burglary warrants

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

WEDNESDAY

• 12:51 a.m.: An 18-year-old Carson City man was arrested at Carson and Stewart streets on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and obstructing an officer. According to the man’s arrest report, a deputy pulled him over for going 40 mph in a 25 mph zone and smelled marijuana. He reportedly gave the deputy a false identity at first, and the deputy found a marijuana pipe when searching him. He then reportedly told the deputy he’d lied about his identity because he was on alternative sentencing and had the pipe. Total bail was set at $1,300.

TUESDAY

• 5 p.m.: A 44-year-old transient was arrested at the Carson City Jail on a failure-to-appear warrant. Bail was set at $1,500.

• 8:42 a.m.: A 29-year-old Carson City woman was arrested at Menlo Drive and Airport Road on a contempt-of-court warrant. According to the woman’s arrest report, a deputy pulled her over for going 30 mph in a 25 mph zone. Bail was set at $500.

DEC. 11

• 11:15 p.m.: Sean Killdare, 50, of Great Falls, Mont., was arrested at the Carson City Jail on three felony burglary warrants from 1999. Bail was set at $50,000. Killdare is currently serving a sentence of 60 years in Montana State Prison

The Nevada Appeal only names people arrested on suspicion of felonies, violent crimes and DUIs.
