Singer-songwriter, Richard Blair has been a Truckee resident for 30 years and has written and recorded songs about the surrounding Sierras' history in the late 1800s. Blair's songs are old stories put to modern folk-roots and Americana melodies. He will be performing his music from 3 until 4 p.m.
