Carson City Sheriff’s Log: Man arrested in Idaho on felony intimidation warrant

Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

SUNDAY

• 7 p.m.: Mark Charles Lemler, 41, of Sparks was arrested at the Carson City Jail on a felony Attorney General’s Office warrant. According to his arrest report, a jail employee discovered the warrant while Lemler was serving a two-day DUI sentence. Bail was set at $30,000.

SATURDAY

• 10 a.m.: A 41-year-old Carson City woman was arrested at the Carson City Jail on a violation-of-a-suspended-sentence warrant. Bail was set at $1,000.

• 3:27 a.m.: A 21-year-old Carson City woman was arrested in the 1100 block of South Nevada Street on suspicion of domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,000.

FRIDAY

• 9 a.m.: A 64-year-old Gardnerville man was arrested at the Carson City Jail on a failure-to-appear traffic warrant. Bail was set at $324. Also arrested was a 56-year-old Gardnerville woman, also on a failure-to-appear warrant. Bail was set at $3,000.

• 5:27 p.m.: A 28-year-old Carson City man was arrested at Fairview and Edmonds drives on suspicion of driving with a suspended license, improper display of license plate, no child seat and no proof of current insurance. According to the arrest report, a deputy pulled the man over after noticing his vehicle didn’t have a front license plate. He reportedly had a 3-year-old girl in the backseat who wasn’t in a car seat. Bail was set at $1,175.

• 9:15 p.m.: A 25-year-old Carson City man was arrested on Fifth Street on a failure-to-appear warrant. Bail was set at $215.

• 5:13 p.m.: Asa Aaron Cronk, 37, of Carson City was arrested outside Walmart on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, felony possession of more than an ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. According to his arrest report, a deputy was dispatched on a report of a man smoking marijuana in the parking lot. The deputy detected a small marijuana odor coming from the vehicle, and a K9 indicated that it contained pot. Cronk reportedly told the deputy that there was marijuana in a backpack in the rear seat. Bail was set at $8,500.

• 8:10 p.m.: A 22-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery-second offense, as well as on a failure-to-appear traffic warrant. Bail was set at $5,924.

THURSDAY

• 10:15 a.m.: Adam Craig Meservey, 29, of Carson City was arrested in Boise, Idaho, on suspicion of felony intimidating a witness from reporting a crime, unlawful taking of a motor vehicle and assault. Bail was set at $8,000.

• 2:30 p.m.: A 31-year-old Carson City woman was arrested in the 500 block of East William Street on a failure-to-appear traffic warrant. Bail was set at $402.

• 6:44 p.m.: A 31-year-old Carson City man was arrested at College Parkway and Sherman Lane on a failure-to-appear traffic warrant. Bail was set at $230.

WEDNESDAY

• 2:30 p.m.: A 27-year-old Carson City woman was arrested at the Carson City Jail on a failure-to-appear traffic warrant. Bail was set at $190.

The Nevada Appeal only names people arrested on suspicion of felonies, violent crimes and DUIs. Carson City Secret Witness will pay up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of people committing crimes. Anyone with information is asked to call 775-322-4900.
