Somerset, Ky., police are investigating the death of a 1990 Churchill County High School graduate and Fallon resident who was found deceased in her car Saturday.
According to the Somerset Police Department, officers responded to a call on Saturday regarding a woman, Carolann Haley (Ketten), 42, who was slumped over the steering wheel of a 1995 Chevrolet Camaro in a Walmart parking lot. A coroner pronounced Haley dead at the scene, but an autopsy was to be performed by the Kentucky Medical Examiner’s Office.
The ongoing investigation, though, indicated Haley may have been at the parking lot since Friday.
The Commonwealth Journal newspaper reported the coroner said Haley had been in the car overnight for about 10-12 hours. He suspected no foul play.
