Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Chicken alfredo over linguini, peas, fruit cocktail and rolls with margarine.

TUESDAY: Beef and bean tostada, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cheese, cinnamon applesauce and cookies.

WEDNESDAY: Cheese ravioli, garlic bread sticks, garden salad and peaches.

THURSDAY: Pork loin, sweet potatoes, green beans, oranges, banana pudding and bread with margarine.

FRIDAY: Honey mustard dijon chicken, steak fries, squash, blushed pears, cake and ice cream.


Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Breaded fish squares on whole wheat buns, Tater Tots, tartar sauce, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and pears.

TUESDAY: Sweet and sour pork, chow mein, stir fry vegetables, pineapple and fortune cookies.

WEDNESDAY: Spaghetti with meat sauce, spinach salad, zucchini, garlic bread and apples.

THURSDAY: Turkey a la king noodles, carrots, biscuits and margarine, fruit cocktail and vanilla wafers.

FRIDAY: Spanish omelet, English muffin, orange sections, jam and margarine.


Douglas County Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane:

MONDAY: Meat lasagna, green beans, garlic bread, mixed green salad and spiced sliced peaches.

TUESDAY: Tomato soup, chicken salad sandwich, lettuce, tomato, fruit cups and banana nut muffin.

WEDNESDAY: Salisbury steak, red potatoes, green peas, apple walnut slaw and cookies.

THURSDAY: Roasted turkey with gravy, yams with apples, corn on the cob, whole wheat roll, colorful salad and plums.

FRIDAY: Beef stew, biscuits, orange juice, cottage cheese and peaches, pumpkin pecan spice streusel pound cake.


Storey County Senior Citizens Center, corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

MONDAY: Kielbasa and cabbage, fired potatoes, salad and dessert.

TUESDAY: Clam chowder bowls, cantaloupe and salad.

WEDNESDAY: Fried chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy and mixed vegetables.

THURSDAY: Lemon tilapia, avocado butter, broccoli and cheese rice.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 10-11: French toast, bacon and watermelon.
