Las Vegas pounds Aces, 10-2

RENO — Reno jumped on the board in the first inning for the fourth time this homestand, but ultimately fell 10-2 to the Las Vegas 51’s on Tuesday at Aces Ballpark.

The Aces first run came on an RBI groundout by Kila Ka’aihue in the bottom of the first. The RBI extended Ka’aihue’s team-leading RBI total to 26.

Reno did not score again until the bottom of the ninth, when Tyler Bortnick singled to drive home Ed Easley.
