Photographer Cobb was arrested and fined $10 for the beastly crime of having in his possession a photograph of his naked baby boy. Miss Vinnie Isabel Welch and Harry B. Burkett were married in the historical Rinckle home by Judge George B. Spradlin. The couple are residents of Oakland. They were married in the spacious front parlor with Mr. and Mrs. George F. Blakesly owners of the home acting as their attendants.
